Room Pricing per night:
Standard - No Charge
Courtyard - $149.00 + tax
Pool View - $159.00 + tax
Beach View - $179.00 + tax
The Standard Room is No Charge, can sleep up to 4 adults and mandatory
attendance for all bible studies.
Also, The Ramada Plaza Beach Resort is a fairly large facility and
for those that have disabilities and would like a room as close as
possible to the meeting room and the restaurant, we have put together
a ROOM LAYOUT
MAP so that you can pick a room that best suits your
needs. We can't guarantee the room you request but we can request it
and if it is available you should be able to get it. We will be meeting
in the Ambassador Room which is in the front of the facility.
There are also rooms with wheelchair access. If you need one of these rooms please let us know.
A limited number of standard rooms are available so please get your
reservation in early. To make a reservation for a Standard Room at

These prices include 2 adults with
a maximun of 4 adults per room. Children are free.

PAYMENT THROUGH SELF-PAY:
For those doing self-pay for other than a standard room we are told
to advise our guests that payment at checkout should be in the form
of credit/debit card, cash or Travelers checks as personal checks will
not be accepted for final payment.
The hotel requires that a first night deposit be made to make a reservation.
So if you do self-pay you need to contact the hotel to make your reservation.

Tell the hotel you are with the Gulf Coast Bible Conference or Grace
Bible Study.
If you decide to do self pay, please contact Grace Bible Study and
let us know you are coming. We need a head count to make sure we have
enough meeting space, and for meals, or if you have children.
All reservations must be guaranteed either by the master account,
cashier’s checks, money order or approved credit card. Personal
checks will be accepted only for advance deposits received three (3)
weeks prior to arrival, unless otherwise noted. Credit cards will be
charged immediately. Individual reservations may be canceled without
penalty up to seventy-two (72) hours prior to arrival. Reservations
canceled after that date will forfeit the first night’s room
and tax deposit.
If you wish, you can also make donations to Grace Bible Study to help
those come to the conference that cannot afford it.

Check-in time is 3:00pm but if you get there
early and your room is ready they will let you check in early.
Check-out is 11:00am. So Sunday you can check out before study at 9:00
or at the break at 10:00 or at the break at 11:00.
