To Make Your Hotel Reservation

 

You will not be able to make a hotel reservation until after May 1, 2009.

The hotel requires that we give them some type of head count in order to sign a contract with them.

This is how it works:

This is a large facility and they can handle more than one meeting, convention or conference at a time. They have 650+ rooms. If we were to tell them, “Just reserve us the whole hotel.” They will be more than happy to do so, but if we only use 400 of those rooms they will make us pay for the unused 250 rooms, which would cost us thousands of wasted dollars. We do not want to do this.

So before we can sign a contract with them we have to give them a basic idea of how many rooms we will need. So what we need from you right now is a head count of how many will attend to give us and the hotel a basic idea of how many rooms to base the contract.

What we need for you to do now is just contact us if you have the desire to make the conference. You can always cancel your plans later if something comes up, but we need to know now so that we can sign the contract and reserve enough rooms at the contract price. It costs nothing now and you do not have to put any money down. We just need to know if you are coming or not. If you do not tell us now and you decide to come anyway, we cannot guarantee the contract rate.

Just let us know before the end of April 2009 how many are in your party, how many children you have and how many rooms you will need.

We will probably sign the contract in late April so any time after May 1, 2009 you can contact the hotel and make your reservation.

This is a “Pay your own way” type of conference.

Please tell them that you are with the Grace Unity Conference so that you can get our contract group rate. The rate is $75.00 a night, which is a very good price for this area.
